An intimate beachside coliving and coworking home, open through Mallorca's low season. Quiet beaches, mild days, and a small community built for people who came to work, and stayed for the life.
The Low Season Advantage
No summer crowds, no inflated prices, no scrambling for a desk. Just 18 to 20 °C days, golden light, empty beaches, and a rhythm made for deep work. Low season at BednDesk runs from autumn through spring, and most guests who arrive planning a short trip end up staying for the whole stretch.

Why Guests Stay the Whole Season
A season full of reasons to stay.
Quiet beaches, real warmth
20°C+ days well into the season. Sand that's yours, not shared with a postcard crowd.
Winter is hiking season
Cooler days mean better trails. The Tramuntana mountains are close, and this is the weather they were made for.

An Advent and Christmas like nowhere else
Skip the grey. Spend the run-up to Christmas somewhere the string lights meet a sea breeze, with a small community to share it with.
January means festivals, back to back
Cavalcada dels Reis Mags (Jan 5): magical evening street processions across towns like Palma, with costumed figures throwing candy from ornate floats. Sant Antoni Festival (Jan 16–17): island-wide, most famously in Sa Pobla and Artà. Towering bonfires in the streets, traditional folk singing, and dimonis dancing through the smoke. Festes de Sant Sebastià (mid-to-late Jan): Palma's biggest winter party. Public barbecues, live rock concerts in the plazas, and the fire-run Correfoc.
February brings blossom and carnival
Fira de la Flor d'Ametler (early Feb): Son Servera's almond blossom fair, with local food, folk dancing, and artisan crafts under blooming orchards. Sa Rua Carnival (late Feb): colourful weekend parades through Palma and beyond, with masked dancers, satirical floats, and marching bands.

Real people. Real experiences.
"We spent over two months at BednDesk and loved it so much that we came back. The rooms feel fresh, modern and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay and work.
"This place has a perfect location to enjoy different worlds of Mallorca. Very close to the beach and the nice restaurants, but also walking distance to more local and authentic places. Go right for kilometers of beach, go left for calm and relaxed. Supermarkets and gyms close.
Location
Walk out the door, down a quiet palm-lined street, and you're on the sand in a minute. Cafés, gyms, supermarkets and the marina are all around the corner. Enough life to never feel isolated, quiet enough to actually get work done.

Quick questions

Coliving
BednDesk hosts only 6-7 people at a time. That means real conversations, genuine support, and a community that actually feels like home, not a hostel or a crowded coworking hub.
Mornings start with focused work. Evenings bring shared dinners, relaxed chats, or spontaneous beach walks together. Privacy when you need it, connection when you want it.
Coliving the way it should be: calm, intentional, made by nomads for nomads.
